(“CanadaBis” or “the Company”) has granted options to employees and consultants under its Stock Option Plan, to purchase up to 1,050,000 common shares for a period of five years commencing on February 26, 2021 at an exercise price of $0.20 per share. The options will vest one-half immediately and the remaining half shall vest one year from the date of grant.
In addition, the Company has received TSX Venture Exchange approval to issue a total of 558,590 Common Shares at a deemed issue price of $0.10 per share to one Creditor. The shares are subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus a day or June 26, 2021.
