per share of the company’s Series 2012-A Preferred Stock for the first quarter of 2022. The distribution will consist of a Base Dividend of

per share for the first quarter of 2022 and an Additional Dividend of

per share for the period through
December 31, 2021
based on the performance of the company’s REP business.
The dividend will be paid on or about
May 16, 2022
to preferred stockholders of record as of the close of business on
