Peachland, British Columbia–(Newsfile Corp. – July 6, 2022) – Craftport Cannabis Corp. (CSE: CFT) (“Craftport Cannabis” or the “Company“) is pleased to announce that Mr. Feng Lv has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company. Mr. Lv replaces Michael Cosic as the Company’s CEO and will fill the vacancy created from the resignation of Mr. Cosic as a director of the Company. Mr. Cosic held the CEO position since May 2021and has been a director of the Company since November 2020. He decided to step back for personal reasons. Craftport Cannabis wishes to thank Mr. Cosic for his contributions, and wishes him well. Mr. Cosic continues to be the Company’s Interim CFO until a replacement has been identified.

Further, Mr. Cosic has also resigned as the sole director and President of Potanicals Green Growers Inc. (“PGG“), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. Yuan Gao has been appointed as director of PGG.
