Research and Development expenses were

Selling, General and Administrative expenses were

for first quarter 2021, as compared to

$2.2 million

for first quarter 2021, as compared to

$2.0 million

same period in 2020.

Eiger reported first quarter 2021 net income of

$45.9 million

as Other Income, Net, which primarily reflects net PRV sale proceeds.
