”). Under the terms of the Agreement, Canada House’s wholly owned subsidiary, Abba Medix Corp. (“

”), will purchase Pure Extracts’ full line of concentrate products, including CBD, THC and blended vapes and CBD and THC gummies, for sale to its established medical patient base.
