    LONGUEUIL, QC, Oct. 10, 2023 /CNW/ – H55, a pioneering Swiss company and creator of Solar Impulse technology, the first airplane to fly around the world using solar energy, is proud to invite media representatives to the groundbreaking ceremony for the site of its future premises near the St-Hubert airport, in Longueuil. Several dignitaries, including government representatives, H55 customers including Pratt & Whitney, CAE and Harbour Air, as well as representatives of H55 leadership will be attending.

    Founded and led by a team of visionary engineers and aerospace experts, H55 aims to bring the aeronautic sector to carbon neutrality. The company has set new standards and is pushing the boundaries of what is possible in electric aviation by providing certified electric propulsion and battery management systems suitable for a diverse range of aircraft to achieve sustainability in air transport.
