Preliminary First Quarter 2021 Results

Based on preliminary unaudited results, the Company now expects revenue for the first quarter of 2021 to be more than

, up from the previously announced guidance range of

. Gross margin for the first quarter of 2021 is expected to exceed 15%, compared to prior guidance of 10% to 11%. In addition, the Company expects a profitable first quarter with positive non-GAAP net profits.
