On May 9, 2022, ServiceSource announced that it had entered into an agreement to be acquired by Concentrix in an all-cash deal. Pursuant to the merger agreement, ServiceSource stockholders will receive $1.5 in cash for each share of ServiceSource common stock owned. The deal is scheduled to close in the Second half of 2022.
