Synchronoss (SNCR) Reports Q2 Loss, Tops Revenue Estimates

Synchronoss (SNCR) came out with a quarterly loss of $0.27 per share versus the Zacks Consensus Estimate of a loss of $0.22. This compares to earnings of $0.16 per share a year ago. These figures are adjusted for non-recurring items.

This quarterly report represents an earnings surprise of -22.73%. A quarter ago, it was expected that this mobile services company would post a loss of $0.25 per share when it actually produced a loss of $0.33, delivering a surprise of -32%.

Over the last four quarters, the company has surpassed consensus EPS estimates two times.

Synchronoss, which belongs to the Zacks Internet – Software industry, posted revenues of $71.53 million for the quarter ended June 2021, surpassing the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 7.58%.
